A friend of mine collects Barbies so a couple years ago I gave her the first Aqua CD because of their Barbie Girl song. The town she lives in is way behind on music and I'd found out from her husband that they'd not yet heard the song.
We both ended up really liking the group. I found out about [link|http://archivalmovie.com/MVAQ01.htm|The Aqua Diary] and decided it would make a good Christmas present. I searched for it on DVD, but found it's not available in that format. The VHS tapes are now hard to come by. I eventually found out it was available on VCD(video compact disk). Shipping was free if 2 of a title were ordered, so I went ahead and got myself a copy too.
I watched the first disk(there's 2 VCDs, each with a little over an hour of vide) using Windows Media Player. I recalled reading something about OS/2 being able to play them due to an update to Netscape, so I thought I'd give it a try. Rebooted my laptop to eCS and got a trap d during the bootup sequence. The trap d repeated until I removed the VCD from the drive. After I booted up successfully, I put the VCD back in and tried to access it. I got another trap D as soon as I changed to S: to select the video file.
Any ideas?
