Thunder and Lightning Snow Fall.
Today the recent Snow here in GRR (no, GRR the airport, not GRR the Great Rotating Rod)
~ 3:20PM EST (GMT -0500) we had a 7+ second long Lightning discharge.
And about 4 seconds later, a thunder clap so loud, it literally sounded like a Bomb Explosion... Without the leaves to soften the SPL wasn't exactly quiet.
It broke the neighbors exterior bay window. Though the second pane was still there.

No matter how much Microsoft supporters whine about how Linux and other operating systems have just as many bugs as their operating systems do, the bottom line is that the serious, gut-wrenching problems happen on Windows, not on Linux, not on Mac OS. -- [link|http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,1759,1622086,00.asp|source]
