I love her dearly, far beyond any creature I've ever known, and I can prove it, for never once in almost seventy years of married life have I taken her by the throat. Mind you, it's been a near thing once or twice.

I live in Santa Monica, near the Venice border.
I second the question of how you found us. If you'll look around, you'll find that most of us are in IT in some way (programmers, sysadmins, etc). We don't have a big film contingent...

Seriously, I can walk to work and walk to the beach. Not very LA of me, but I like it that way.
I've driven past your neighbourhood, but not spent much time there.
