You might be amazed to find the number of prefs that were just habits and won't be missed, even after just a few weeks. So much of the US diet metabolizes into -oses /sugars, it's surprising we aren't all in your predicament. (And many more Are, but haven't realized it yet.)

Dunno what formulas you'll be given; do know that there are many ways to deal with the phenom - not all of them needing pharm-chem, so apt not to be on all official radars.

Having experimented with some variants, I can vouch for the "not missed" part - which surprised moi ie no 'withdrawal regrets'. Main surprise was.. just how malleable are our 'preferences'! (fickle? ;-)
