New And the horse you
Photographed.

Really, the Photographer that took my Daughters Senior Pictures used an Analog Portrait Camera and a Digital Portrait Camera (he was testing a 16 Million Pixel).

To be honest he gave us both sets of Proofs, nearly the same pictures, just Jessica moved between the takes.

The thing about the Digital camera was the Clarity. Same lenses and filters used on both cameras. What was the difference? The Analog camera didn't quite look right compared to the 16MP Camera. The color was more accurate comparing the clothes in the picture with the same lighting.

He was supremely impressed, with the ease of use. It was about 50% lighter (for mounting, dismounting and handling) and he could take more pictures without "reloading" than the Analog Camera even with the bulk loader. It has a magazine of Memory cards (not sure which kind) which can be easily swapped out, in banks during operation. Has 4 banks of 4 sticks each.

Not to mention the "processing software" and ease of making photos from the images in his lab.

No matter how much Microsoft supporters whine about how Linux and other operating systems have just as many bugs as their operating systems do, the bottom line is that the serious, gut-wrenching problems happen on Windows, not on Linux, not on Mac OS. -- [link|http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,1759,1622086,00.asp|source]

New Cousin said it best.
He said he used to dream of being able to afford to buy a Winebago and convert it to a darkroom...then drive to shoot locations and be able to shoot, process and see the shots, then go out and retake shots that he wanted to be "just so".

Then he held up his 6mp [link|http://www.nikonusa.com/template.php?cat=1&grp=2&productNr=25206|D100] and his [link|http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=43118|pizmo] and said very simply..."dream come true."
