Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Strict check for browser.
Even if Opera/Linux is in IE mode, it still won't display it.

Besides - who wants to go there anyway?

Wade.

New Well...
...just to point out that MS has not changed it's behaviour, and will likely never tolerate the existence of even potential competition. Monopoly holder or not, convicted or not, appeals denied or not, waiting for sentencing or not.

Behavioural remedies will likely be useless. Fine MS, and they will pay, shrug, and consider it a cost of doing business (much like they considered the loss of market to MSN sites to be a cost for maintaining thier monopoly position) and continue thier proven illegal and abusive monopolistic behaviour.

It's not something independent, or new. It would just support the prosecution. Something drastic will have to be done to Gates & Co.

I favor jail time for the corporate officers. *grin*

New That's a hard one to solve.

New Monopoly leveraging.
1) Microsoft has been found to have a monopoly on the "desktop" market, that is, the machines most commonly used to browse the internet.
2) Microsoft has bundled a browser into said desktop monopoly product.
3) Microsoft now disallows other browsers - the most likely competition, by _name alone_ from receiving data from their MSN ISP pages, thus disallowing competing product use.

Monopoly leveraging. Big, Bold, Unchanged from what they got convicted for.
