On [link|http://offer.ebay.com/ws3/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBids&item=3382073018|ebay] it seems that many people have trouble typing their bids...

Pretty obvious what's happening
People placing obviously "accidental" bids, grabbing a quick screenshot for posterity, then retracting. I wonder how many people are going to lose their accounts over this.

Do-over
It had gotten up into the millions because people were bidding then retracting. He's removed all bids and started over. [link|http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3382073018&category=2312|http://cgi.ebay.com/...018&category=2312] On Feb-02-04 at 16:35:23 PST, seller added the following information:
I have now removed all of the bids because of the amount of bogus bids this auction has received. If you were a serious bidder please contact me and I will forward you the stipulations of the auction.
