I use pan on Linux
I'm searching for something for Linux that handles multi-part binaries well. In the past, I haven't found anything that does anywhere near as well as ProNews/2 on OS/2 and that's one of the few reasons I'm still on OS/2.
Does Pan automagically find all parts of a binary if you only highlight one part? ProNews/2 is great in that regard. I don't have to find all the parts manually before I start the download. Just highlight any part of the binary and hit "D" for Decode and off it goes. Can any newsreader on Linux do that?
