Can't say that I'm optimistic about the prospects. At this point I'm happy with break even (having lost well over 6 figures on a previous business venture). We've got good connections on the marketing front, but a lot of companies are just kicking tires to (a) get ideas or (b) put price pressure on the other vendors.
I can honestly say that most of the software aimed at Sarbanes-Oxley compliance sucks and a lot of corps are in for a rude awakening. But the marketing people don't like the motto: "we suck less". :-)
