Food and medicine drops?

The propaganda machine says we're dropping food and medicine.

Ye willikers, what sort of medicine are we dropping to refugees who have no doctors to administer it? Asprin? Antibiotics? (Remember, overuse and misuse of antibiotics in third world countries is a major, major problem.)
