A couple of apps I'd add to the list:

[link|http://www.safer-networking.org/|Spybot Search 'n Destroy]. IMO better than AdAware. Also, your link for LavaSoft is incorrect - the proper link is [link|http://www.lavasoftusa.com/|http://www.lavasoftusa.com].
