Loosely hanging mylar covering the ceiling.
Gave a funhouse mirror effect.
2 x 4 foot blacklights on the ceiling.
Crisscrossing red and green nets hanging across the
entire ceiling.
A 4 foot fluorescent red light hanging vertically
on one wall.
A 4 foot fluorescent green light buried under a dresser,
too bright to put out in the open.
Depending on my mood I'd have a single color lit, which
in turn was cause an interesting effect with the matching
net.
Mylar and black contruction paper covering the windows.
No evil outside light was allowed in, even during daylight
hours.
About a pound of glow in the dark putty, pieces stuck
everywhere. In the nets, on the ceiling, on the walls,
on the furniture, EVERYWHERE. Glow in the dark material
picks up black light and get fully "energized" in about
5 seconds. Amazing.
Black light posters convering all the walls, Building a
Rainbow, etc.
All area between posters drawn with black light crayons.
You should have seen the look on my father's face when he
"caught" my 17 year old artistic brother drawing on the
wall. We showed to him that it "disapeared" under normal
light and were allowed to continue.
Occasionally a very artistic person would visit me. I'd
take down a poster and they would get the full area to
themself.
Can you say PARTY ROOM? I knew you could.
I'm sure the next owner had a hell of a time dealing with the
wax covered walls!
