Since they are a bit more subtle than the explanations here:

Parent Post [link|http://forums/render/content/show?contentid=112305|#112305] ([link|http://forums/render/content/show?contentid=112305|Jump])

[link|http://forums/render/content/show?contentid=112308|Next Subthread] ([link|http://forums/render/content/show?contentid=112308|Jump])

If you click on the '112305', the entire page gets replaced with that post. If you click on Jump, however, since that post is already somewhere on the page you are viewing, the page will be "jumped" to that post instead of loading a new page. Same with the 'Next Subthread', which represents the next subthread of the same level as the current one, where a subthread is a collection of a post with its responses.

If you don't see a (Jump) next to a link, that means the destination isn't on the current page, so you have to get a new page regardless.

Note that these example links won't work right, since I snipped them from another page.
