There is no mention of Israel in the draft constitution I have seen. I can't say I like their constitution since they are not proposing a truly secular government and protecting only monotheistic religions. Like the Pres. and his religio-claque: their delusions of democracy-lovin, US-flag-wavin Iraqis (with memories so short - they'd forget that Bushie's Daddy screwed them Royally!)
