However, I will pre-warn you that it's not a great place to work, the owner is unpredictable, and we interviewed a strong sys-admin candidate last week. Another guy handles hardware and storage, some installs, and networking. And a 3rd guy handles test systems, some scripting, and BEA Web Logic.
