New Fascinating read
Stemming is quite a bit more complex, but it could come in handy down the road for some search stuff I've been contemplating.

I guess the opposite of stemming would be grafting, which I am naively assuming would be a bit more finite of a problem. :-)
New Stemming is used here.
The search algorithm used by zIWT stems all the words and then stores the lexems in a special index.
