Maybe not the most efficient plan but 70-100 goes really quick. Also, most AS400 models have ranges where you can expand CPUs/memory/disk without having to swap out physical hardware unless you reach max for that range. In the SPARC environment, you'd likely have to swap physical hardware out for a new model much sooner.
