At least, that was my impression when I ran into them doing my own verbal genuflections. So no fair. :D

and I believe #1 is look before you leap.

#2 might be if wishes were horses? (in Gladiator, he points out two horses on his armor and names them Sca(r)to and Argento: Trigger and Silver)
