You're saying that would be subverting the TWiki naming convention. IMO the utility in it is that the auto-conversion makes it easier to interlink pages within a TWiki, not in the naming convention itself. Having only a single word or phrase to refer to a page would require that every sentance containing a link to it would have to be written with that word/phrase in mind.
For example, I might want to tell someone to contact the TWiki's [link|http://twiki.iwethey.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/KarstenSelf|admin]. With the current WeeCode I would have to tell you to contact [link|http://twiki.iwethey.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/KarstenSelf|KarstenSelf], the admin of the TWiki.
So yeah, if it's not too much trouble ...
