This man Murdoch is the second coming of Hearst and his yellow journalism. It is just downright scary to watch all the elements of tyranny fall into place, one by one, with the complicity of the People. The scariest thing is that the proto-fascists actually believe in their nascent tyranny. About the programming - I'm not being a prude and I certainly don't mean to imply that Fox is alone in promulgating bad taste. I do have a fundamental issue with justice as entertainment, including seemingly innocuous stuff like People's Court (can't help but like Marilyn Millian). I just find it typical of their hypocrisy. -drl

I tend to favor the argument that balance is best achieved by using multiple sources, in the hopes that their conflicting biases will become apparent, rather than expecting each outlet to be balanced.
