Chapman is probably too big

[link|http://www.chapmanmfg.com/|Chapman] makes mini-ratchet sets, but their probably still too big.

If you could get the screw off, you might be able to replace the Philips head screw with a hex (Allen) head screw, and use a ball end Allen wrench, which work up to 45 degrees or so.
