What was that precedent?
Something about sueing a sitting president for acts committed prior to the (s)election?
Isn't it just sweetly ironic that the court that put this administration in power also said you could sue 'em? I've been waiting for this since November 2000. I had already known about the Bush family's little problems with following the law from an old Mother Jones [link|http://www.motherjones.com/news_wire/bushboys.html|article]. The Kennebunkport Sopranos.
"We are patriotic citizens too. Patriotism means 'love of country',
caring about its people, its ecosystem, and others around us. Not giving
blind loyalty and a blank check to George W. Bush. We are patriotic enough
to care about the long term effects instead of just the short term gain.
Therefore it is our patriotic duty to guard our country and our constitution
against people and forces hiding behind the flag."
