It has actually been going on for a lot longer than IWETHEY. It is a party that Bill throws every year for Independence day and his wife Rita's birthday. Rightly so...since involuntarily being pitched off of a 15th floor balcony would >really< suck. I miss that apartment every 4th of July....until I start to crank the stereo...then I remember the joy of owning a SFD.
