Some manager thought it would be a good idea to use this to talk to customers and prospects. He told his salespeople to install it without letting us know. Default install. Most people who put it in had spam or porn waiting as the first message. Many virus infections traced to this 'tool'. K-mart. The company that beat Microsoft in customer satisfaction.
