A typo that would put a laptop price off by a few hundred or perhaps by $1000 would be grounds for them to honour the "incorrect" price. I've bought items in stores where the tag on the shelf was lower than the price in the computer (or on the item's own tag) - by law, retailers must honour the lower price. OTOH, a computing error that listed them as 1c - no, I wouldn't expect Compaq to honour that.
