And that is that (probably) most of their userbase are *not* people who could be classed as "early-adopters". The trouble is, most of Google employees *are*. This is a bit of a disconnect that Google has to rectify and soon.
It's also a danger of J Random Everyman storing an essential piece of their online life with someone like Google who is pushing the boundaries of cloud-life.
