Cain can be pro-life. Believing that government should not be involved in that decision makes him a constitutionalist, not pro-choice.
A constitutionalist would argue that it's a right of the states to decide rather than the federal government; not a right of the mother/family to decide.
So what IÂm saying is it ultimately gets down to a choice that that family or that mother has to make. Not me as president, not some politician, not a bureaucrat. It gets down to that family. And whatever they decide, they decide. I shouldnÂt have to tell them what decision to make for such a sensitive issue.
