I saw a study that claimed artificial sweeteners actually cause weight gain. The mechanism is that the taste of sweetness triggers the body to expect a rapid burst of carbs. When that burst doesn't show up, the body craves it. So drinking a diet soda will make you crave carbs. I can't find the study, but this mentions the ideas: http://abclocal.go.c...health&id=4968592

And a typo, you left out the comma in "7000".

And you might want to mention the crashing honeybee population, which is also threatening all domestic food production.

Also, sorghum is commonly referred to as "sorghum molasses", even though it's not molasses. (I've got a jar in the cupboard right now that has that name printed on it.)

Typo in Stevia: "This regulation was not be ..."

Typo in HFCS: "overall sugar consumption, (which they promote)" No comma before the paren, or just lose the parens entirely.
