The first 30 minutes or so of Saving Private Ryan, although be careful if you're immersing yourself: that scene is over-powering even without Jedi mind tricks. On the other hand, it is only for a few minutes, and I've come to realize all life experiences that I can feel, I will. In person, or in mind. I recently spent a harrowing month, watching my girlfriend's sister die. And I came out of it far better than I went in. So it's worth it.
