Sounds PERFECT.
In fact for its length its very good on size.
I think he missed some of your point on the old-way of seasoning... and he almost sounded miffed about the use of "old ingredients" vs vegetable oil etc... But it was a good interview and pretty well summed up everything for you. If you don't watch out, you day job may not be needed anymore*. *That is the point, I know. |
