I just did an interview for the second edition of my book with Doug Hess, the host for The Morning News on Talk Radio 910 WLTP in Parkersburg, WV. He wasn't able to give me times when it would run, but said it should pop up several times over the next week or so. Woot! -- Drew

I switched to lower variable bitrate to get it down to about 4.5MB. I clearly need a better phone if I'm going to do any more of these. -- Drew

I think he missed some of your point on the old-way of seasoning... and he almost sounded miffed about the use of "old ingredients" vs vegetable oil etc... But it was a good interview and pretty well summed up everything for you. If you don't watch out, you day job may not be needed anymore. That is the point, I know.
