If you mean the 'Da da da dummm' bit (for want of a better description) then no, that's not it. If it's some other bit, though, I guess it'd make sense - after all, copyright has expired, so Intel wouldn't have to pay royalties or something everytime their ad played somewhere in the world. As for Beethoven's 5th, after death comes knocking, does he mention the salmon mousse? Peter Gabriel's Sledgehammer might be appropriate, and preferable to MC Hammer's Hammer Time. Or will it be El Condor Pasa - "I'd rather be a hammer than a nail". Or, Nick Cave had a Hammer Song, or DEVO released 'If I Had A Hammer' in 1990-ish.
