Today: Sheephead.
California Sheephead (a large wrasse)

Also got a live geoduck and it cost me deep in the purse but I needed it for the bivalve page I'm working on. Geoduck is pronounced "gooeyduck", except in sushi bars where it's pronounced "giant clam".

I thought you had moved on to French cuisine.
A friend in grad school had an old French cookbook that had recipes for Cow Head and so forth. Yum. :-/ (No, I don't remember the title of the book. Sorry. :-)
Another pretty fishie.
I'd probably prefer not to know what a clam really looks like. :-)
Cheers, Scott.

We know all about Geoducks
Saw the latest "Dirty Jobs". Laughed ourselves silly. But heard they are quite tasty.
Mike Rowe was biting his tongue to keep from making obscene remarks about the creatures.
Emily sez:"Just don't eat the stomach!"
Bon Apetit!
