Maybe if they have another job

that I can migrate to. Being a Help Desk Technical Support worker does not pay much, but it is better than collecting an unemployment check. I asked about promotions, and they said if I do a good enough job I may be able to apply for a supervisor or manager position. Which in itself is good experience for a better job later on.

They already know that I can fix stuff and write programs, they just don't have those jobs open right now. None that they know of.
