New MCT is the key
The MCT is the cornerstone to the Musclemilk I drink when exercising.
Serious boost to the metabolism. And now I find out the coconut oil is the
same, actually, far more concentrated. Can't have that, people might not
spend all that money on muclemilk.

I bought a couple of jars today. Amazing stuff. You know how I can sense
Atkins ketosis by smelling the acetone? I'm not on Atkins right now, but
within 3 minutes of eating a spoonful of the coconut oil I got a blast of
energy (meth like), my temp went up a bit, and I got a really strong acetone
smell. This shit is pure non-carb energy.
New Atkins would kill me.
I am not carb sensitive and moving to a high fat, high protein diet is exactly the opposite of what I need to do to keep my numbers in check.

Mind you, Atkins works for some at controlling their numbers. I am not one of those people. Protein and fat limitation are necessary for me.

I lost alot of weight with atkins equivalents (protein power plan). I also watched my bloodwork deteriorate rapidly.
