whose Spanish is considered a barbarous argot, and who are widely regarded as giving themselves airs on account of their proximity to El Norte.

New only the indios dislike the meskins
as I was reminded at the powwow friday, spanish is our second language. :-) although the wanna goto jail or pay the "passinthru" tax at every bus stop does not endear the Mexican Government to southerners.
