Now that I've hit my weight goal, I want to add muscle.
Of course, if I can cheat (without killing myself) I will.
So I'm looking into supplements to help with my workouts.
I tried Muscle Milk today.

Since I've only just started, I can only judge energy levels and muscle recovery time, not any long term value.
Very simply, it works.
5 minutes after drinking it I felt "on edge". Except there is no stimulant in it that I can tell.
I easily did 40 minutes of cardio, without slowing down. I had forgot my knee cream, so I had to stop due to the pain, not because I was tired. I can usually hit 40 minutes, but it usually feels like I'm pushing it.
When I went on to weights, I did 3 circuits, and extra reps in them, when I usually so 1.5, ie: 1 circuit and then a partial.
I did over 100 crunches, when I usually do 40 or so.
Right now, and hour later, I'm thinking about going back, except the gym closes at 6 today so it's not worth it.
