6'0"
340lbs
46.1BMI

Target:
5'11 3/4"
220lbs
29.8 BMI

Target weight and BMI for me are typically alot higher than most people. Last time I was at 220 I looked like a skeleton. Of course I was in the Marine Corps at the time, and had a BFP of about 4%, and a waist of 34", Chest of 54". Athletic cut??? I think ... YES!

Guess, I really should try... My wife has lost 45lbs on the Weight Watchers Plan.
