yes the clients log into the domain from W2K workstations

when you go to add printer you can add them the old fashioned way or you can search the AD

I thought it would be easier (and new and I do a lot of teaching and want to keep students up to date) to choose from AD

the printers show up
in an AD search (of the domain not the entire dir)
but when selected thisway can not be added

but the old way works
