But, [link|http://z.iwethey.org/forums/render/content/show?contentid=198550|you said 42] back in March and most people don't "round" their age.

You are forgetting...
She is a woman. Women have the option of repeating ages as many times as they wish until they feel that they got it right.

When the kids were approaching that age as well,
she gave it up. But, it was really a joke all along.

Once I crossed 40 I started loosing track.
Doesnt seem to matter much. Old is old. But for the offical record, I really am 42.
My older sister is also 42 and wont turn 43 until June 21st. Figure that one out. My dad used to say they never should've given my mom a private hospital room after she delivered my sister. (*shudder*)

40 isn't old
at any time, old is 40 years older than you are...

And eventually there comes a time . . .
. . when 40 years older than you are is 40 years older than you're going to get. It's just the nature of the beast.

So what's the question?
The ultimate question? (on a side note - nifty [link|http://www.bbc.co.uk/cult/hitchhikers/gallery/guide/index.shtml|wallpaper here]).
Anyway - glad your feeling better!
