A Sushi bar I used to go to made an insanity roll - basically a tuna roll with Daves. This is the more extreme version of their blast roll which was a tuna roll with lots of chinese spicy mustard in it.

They have some hot sauces there that they make you sign waivers before they let you buy 'em.
