New Was this a replacement for prior sources.list or
an addendum of the active lines to original.

I added the lines and got 400+ index files with some errors:

Failed to fetch [link|ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat/dists/testing/main/binary-amd64/Packages.gz|ftp://ftp.nerim.net/...amd64/Packages.gz] Unable to fetch file, server said '/debian-marillat/dists/testing/main/binary-amd64/Packages.gz: No such file or directory '

W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems
E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

On apt-get upgrade, I get "218 not upgraded" including mozilla-firefox.

I can see what you meant by Scary, now! :)

New That's a replacement.
I dunno if Marillat's repository has amd64 binaries, either :-)

New OK.
I commented out Marillat as a source, since they do not seem to be interested in AMD64. Also, installed a gnome program needed by mozilla-firefox and opened up the floodgates for a bunch more updates.

All is well with firefox now. Thanks!
