when my yunkers slipped a slice of cheese into my cd on my imac. the warranty would cover replacing it. I asked if I could upgrade to a superdrive they said no. They were happy though to sell me a superdrive and charge full labor to install. I said no. Customer had a communication disconnect sounds like.
