There's never a lack of real estate, and the switching is both second nature and helpful in that I group things on each screen (chat on one, docs-in-browsers on the next, several code screens, one for each project, a VMWare screen, and a catch-all where I throw things like Gabber control windows and calendars). Before the LCDs I had a 17" with two 15" monitors on either side. Some of the coworkes used to laugh about it, yet now there's a number of users with multiple monitors.
