maybe quitting here for a while will be good to you. Avoid the agravation for a bit and wind down.
I am still on vacation, just got my dial-up to work. Found the local SBC dial-up number and found out I have to dial the area code first to dial local numbers. So in the 407 area code, I have to dial 407-XXX-XXXX or else it won't work. Their phone system works different than the St. Louis one, in the 314 area code if I dial a 314 area code number there is no need to enter the area code, unless it is the 636 number.
Anyway I wish you the best. If you do end up offing yourself, I will personally storm into Hell, and kick your butt there, and then kick the Devil's butt for making you do it. ;)

I don't know what is going on with Ross, but I'm happy to confirm that he is still alive and responding to email, though he is very concerned about how to make ends meet.

I haven't been here much but I've had his welfare on my mind, and I've missed all you guys, I've just been swamped with helping with thie family reunion.

Thanks for the update
I gave him good ideas, but he said they would not work for him. I am not sure what else to do for him. As long as he is alive, there is still hope. We don't have room for him at my house, and we can barely afford what we have. Our vacation just drained our savings. He knows where to go for help, but is too proud to go to those places.

Leave off the judgments.
You are not an intimate, and you can't determine whether or not your ideas are "good" for him. I think it's a safe bet that moving-in with you and yours is not an option. Must you explain every ~decision-like thoughtlet that flits in/out, regardless of the implications -- in a public forum? Meaning 'well' rarely counts for shit, actually.
(I guess I didn't really care to be informed of how you handle your cash flow, either.)

1. You don't need to reply to every thread in every forum.
2. I don't need to hear about how you're a failure/have problems with X/cannot do Y/etc. in every post of yours.
3. If I posted in the same fashion as you (i.e. every thought in my head, I drool onto the fora) my posting volume would be 10x what it is. Remember Sturgeon's Law : 90% of everything is crap. Including your posts here. Learn to identify the 90%.
