Post #143,737 by Nightowl 2/27/04 6:17:47 PM Reply	Great! I think you'll love Russ Tamblyn's performance (Riff's), and Natalie Wood's (Maria's)was just superb. She was so wonderful when she was younger, I adore her as an actress. Rita Moreno is a real treat too as Anita, she is fun and exciting, and Richard Beymer, (Tony) is really good as well. The score is exciting, and Bernstein and Sondheim make a wonderful pairing. All in all, West Side Story is my third favorite movie OVER ALL others. Enjoy it! That person has now spent several times what a Tivo would cost (not counting labour). By contrast I know lots of people who are in love with Tivo. All told (hardware, TiVo subscription, DVD writer) I've spent a good deal less than the equivalent. I've got the TV, weather, browser, and news feed stuff up and going (most of which was just an 'apt-get install'). While it is more labor intensive to get going, the results are much more satisfying.
