any xml programmers out there?

thinking of a way to get email in a certain format, wrap the contents in xml and pass it to an application. Doable? or would a web form be easier.

After some discussion Web Form

use a scripting language to replace the html form tags with xml tags then present the result to the application. Delivery is already working for faxes, a web form might be simpler that dealing with a fax server.
Any comments on scripting languages or just use the usual suspects, grep awk and vi.
