Okay, I thought about this last night while lying in bed, and came up with some more. --Is it because iwethey was in many places at different times, and the rod acts like the portal for the different dimensions of where and when it existed? And the LRPD's act as the reference points for the different eras? OR --Is it because the rod is the prorgram that rotates the LRPDS around in a continual cycle (thus going back and forth through time, because I don't think that they are in chronological order, having been stated they are random). OR --Does the rod stand for infinity, as in never never ending, and symbolize the tenacity of the iwethey board to survive and remain constant throughout? Still searching!
