New Appgen Apparently Sold
I have received word that Appgen has been sold to a company in Tacoma Washington named InsynQ. The given Web address of [link|http://www.insynq.com|http://www.insynq.com].

The company is apparently runs an ASP based accounting software service.

There will be a VAR webinar on Tuesday, 18 Nov where the comapny will present its deal - so we will see then.

Appgen Apparently Sold
I have received word that Appgen has been sold to a company in Tacoma Washington named Insync. The given Web address of [link|http://www.insync.net|http://www.insync.net] forwards to [link|http://www.texas.net|http://www.texas.net].

The company is apparently an ISP, but I see some evidence they also run an ASP based accounting software service.

There will be a VAR webinar on Tuesday, 18 Nov where the comapny will present its deal - so we will see then.

New Appgen Sale Nears Completion
Insynq has held a webinar for VARs to update the situation. Sale is in the "due dilligence" phase right now but they hope to be issuing licenses and opening support in a few days.
