New That is at a loss though
The gas Haliburton is selling in Iraq for 50 cents a gallon was bought for something like $2.00 a gallon. Saddam used to charge as little as 10 cents a gallon, but from what I have heard that too was at a loss.

I'm have no idea what it actually costs to produce gas in the middle east.
